Meet the Founder
FLJUGA was founded by Thomas Baldwin, combining a background in coaching, psychology and outdoor leadership with a passion for helping athletes train with greater understanding and confidence.
Rather than chasing trends or shortcuts, FLJUGA is built around clear, practical and evidence-informed guidance that supports long-term progression across running, triathlon and endurance sport.
Every article published on FLJUGA is written and continually reviewed to ensure the information remains consistent with the values of the platform: accuracy, accessibility and continual learning. We are passionate about endurance sport and committed to continually learning more about it.
